A5 and A4 prints are generally shipped within Australia using Australia Post Express Post (with tracking). If you are purchasing more than 3 prints for shipping to the same address, Australia Post Parcel Post (with tracking) may be used instead of the express option.

Overseas

A5 and A4 prints are shipped outside Australia using Australia Post Air Mail (without tracking).

Shipping - Other Information

Currently, overseas shipping costs are available in the shop for New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, US, Canada, UK, Ireland and Germany. If your country is not listed, please contact me, and I will add it to the list in the checkout.

Please bear in mind that shipping from Australia to international destinations via Air Mail can take a few weeks to arrive (generally 2-3 weeks).

Any customs or import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Postage costs include a small packaging/handling fee.

If you are purchasing more than one item, depending on the items you purchase together, the postage costs calculated at the checkout may be more than the actual postage cost + the packaging/handling fee.  I will refund this (unintended) over-charge to you.

Cushion Covers - Care Information

Cool hand wash is recommended for the cushion covers.

Cushion Insert Information

The inserts are stuffed with 100% PET fibre (non-allergenic), generated from recycled water bottles. The insert may need to be compressed for easier shipping. If this is the case, you will need to place the insert in the cushion cover when it arrives.

If you have only purchased the cushion cover (without insert), an insert between 42x42cm and 45x45cm is recommended for you to purchase.

Fine Art Prints - Other Information

All prints are sold unframed.

All images and designs in this shop and the accompanying website (blumengarten.com.au) are the intellectual property of Doris Jurzak ('the artist') and are protected by copyright. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist and are not transferred upon the purchase of any item from this shop. It is illegal to copy or use any of the images or designs without consent from the artist. If you would like to use any of the images, please request permission via email.

Colour

Care has been taken to display the product colours as accurately as possible. Your monitor's display of the product colours may not be accurate, due to differences between individual monitor capabilities and settings.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and payment is accepted via credit card. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled, payment will be returned in full.

Blumengarten is not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia and accordingly, no GST is included in the prices.

Customer Queries and Assistance

Please email via the contact form if you have any questions about products in the Blumengarten shop or the status of your order.

Refunds

Blumengarten strives to produce products of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction and also packages its items to ensure they are well-protected for their trip to their new home. Refunds will not be made for postal damage or lost parcels. If this is a concern for you, please email at the time of order to request insurance or tracking for your shipment at an additional cost. Please note tracking is already offered for some items shipped within Australia.

Refunds will not be made for change of mind. If you receive a product in good condition, a return cannot be arranged as a result of not liking the product.

Blumengarten will refund the purchase price of an item if the product is faulty or not as described. To obtain a refund in this case, please email via the contact form within 14 calendar days of receipt. Arrangements will then be made for you to return the goods (at your cost) with proof of purchase. After receipt of the returned goods by Blumengarten and inspection, a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs on the purchase) will be made.

As noted in the product descriptions for the cushion covers, the texture of the cushion front fabric may produce slight inconsistencies in the printing process. This will not be considered to be a product fault for the purposes of a refund.
